Coaching books trifecta!

These books are in my hands, in my bag, on my table, opened up, in my Libby, in my lap, in my ears, propped open, bent over, tagged up, post-it noted, in my email, flipped up, flipped down, referenced here, quoted there.
I'm grateful for writers who welcome me into learning, especially in these particular days where conflict feels unhealthy and personal instead of like a natural outgrowth of being in a community that cares and holds beliefs worth tangling with.
I am whispering words and phrases to myself as I read, take a picture, rewrite a powerful list,  make a copy of a precious page and cut and paste it into my notebook (old school!).
Having these new tools builds my brain (new synapses, even at 60!) and keeps me engaged in the most important work: When our work in schools & communities is fraught, how do we engage in problem-solving that holds dignity and care and helps us reach new understandings and solutions that help us move forward?
Oh, the joy of working through challenges with these amazing resources.
